At EMF Phone Cases, we want you to be completely satisfied with your radiation-shielding protection. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Pre-Paid Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Case

  Place the unused phone case back in its original packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
